SHOPBOP IN JAPAN! ❤

Hi Everyone!! Today's post is going to be in Japanese for my Japanese followers! 

Hi みんな！今日はSHOPBOPの紹介をしようと思ってるの。SHOPBOPとはオンラインのショッピングサイトで、Amazonとも提携してるの。ちょうど日本語版もローンチしたんだ。

I want to introduce you to SHOPBOP! It's an online fashion shopping site which is now owned by AMAZON that just launched in Japanese in Japan!

実はマイはあまりオンラインで買い物しないんだ。なぜならいつもサイズで悩んでしまうから。でも、SHOPBOPにはサイズのセクションがあって、自分の欲しいアイテムのサイズをクリックすると、その下の方にそのサイズについての説明が細かく表示されるの！そこから自分に合ったサイズを見つけることができるんだ！

First of all, I don't shop online much because I always worry about the sizing, but SHOPBOP has a very detailed 'description' section for SIZING when you click on the item you're interested in.  

ITHIS BRAND Dra Clothing and so happy to find it on SHOPBOP! I can shop it along with so many other brands I love!! 

こうやってみてると欲しいものがどんどん増えていっちゃって、、でもすぐに決められないから このをクリックすると自分のウィッシュリストに入れられるんだ。このウィッシュリストには私の"迷ってる"リストが沢山入ってるの。

There were so many things that I liked but I couldn't decide right away so I made a on them to add to my wishlist.

STYLE HAUS JAPAN - THANK YOU ❤️

Hi.. This is one of those really late night posts where I'm feeling a little nostalgic and missing Tokyo..So it's been about a year and a half now since we moved back to the states from Tokyo and I'm still trying to find my place here.  I'm starting to find it slowly tho and meeting a lot of wonderful friends along the way! While I'm not feeling as influential as I used to be in Tokyo, I was flattered to be featured on Style Haus in Japan recently and was reminded of all my accomplishments and amazing things that I've done in the past. Everything was challenged the moment I became a mother. Motherhood is hard. Raising a child is HARD. It might seem like I'm always doing fun things with Zooey but we only share the best moments on social media! I praise all those moms who have the time and energy to do super fun things with their kids and travel together as a family.  Balancing work, maintaining a healthy marriage and raising a child are a few of the hardest challenges that I've had to face in life but at the end of the day, looking at my daughter Zooey's face while she's sleeping fills my heart with so much love.. and I tell myself every night, as long as I try harder tomorrow, I'm not the worst mother in the world.  

I haven't been going out as often as I would like and will be focusing more on Zooey's blog from now.  I feel a little underwhelmed at the events here in LA and being that I used to love reporting about events, it's been disappointing to not be able to take great photos that are worthy of posting..The party scene here just hasn't been as interesting as the party/fashion scene in TOKYO. I think I'm just a hard critic tho because I've seen it ALL! I'm still up for attending the events tho so if you are a brand or PR company that needs some coverage, feel free to reach out to me and we'll go from there. On another note, Zooey and I will be going to PLAYGROUND in Las Vegas to cover the Kids Show! Please follow along with us on this adventure!

This report is long overdue, but here are a bunch of photos from this super cute event which reminded me of the prom in Napoleon Dynamite. I didn't watch the screening and went straight for the Pizza.

WWDMAGIC, FNPLATFORM, PLAYGROUND SHOW, IT'S OFFICIAL! ♥

Harro!

It's that time of the year again, WWDMAGIC between all the fashion weeks.. and MY BIRTHDAY (YIKES!)! I think I lost count of how many times I've participated in the social house but I'm excited to say that I will be covering everything I love this year! SHOES & BAGS at FN PLATFORM and KIDS CLOTHES! Also, I will be interviewing brands and heard I will have my very own videographer (so cool) this time around.  Also, we decided to bring Zooey this year!  It's going to be so fun walking the new Kids Contemporary show (PLAYGROUND) with her! There is so much to discover this year and if you think I should pop by your booth, let me know!! Also, as always, I'm looking forward to meeting the other influencers and reuniting with the ones I met last season!

Congratulations on your launch Rumi! I met Rumi in Tokyo and how much we have grown up since then! I have a baby and now she has her own brand. So proud!

Photos are mixed between me & Mayu. I'm still learning how to use my Pentax camera so Mayu helped me out and took a lot of photos for me. Some are iphone photos. How the inconsistency bothers me but I hope you can see how fun this night was.  I ran into so many familiar faces but it was I was pre-occupied and totally forgot to take photos! OH NO! Anyhow..
